Code Unnati is a CSR initiative of SAP India that aims to develop the skills and employability of youth in the field of Industry 4.0. The initiative provides high-end tech infrastructure to collaborating engineering colleges and offers technical training to students on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Computer Vision, the Internet of Things, SAP BTP, and ABAP.
The program is being implemented by the Edunet Foundation in collaboration with SAP and is designed for second, pre-final and final-year students of engineering colleges. Currently, the program is active in 45 engineering institutes across Gujarat (37), and Maharashtra (8), benefitting over 3400 engineering students. Additionally, more than 300 faculty members have been trained through the Faculty Development Program.
With the support of the Telangana Academy For Skill and Knowledge, the Code Unnati Program is extending its reach to Telangana by establishing a Centre of Excellence on Emerging Technologies at 17 locations in the region.
